To have glowing skin is another type of flex among people. If you are taking care of your skin well then obviously your skin will make sure that you will receive appreciation in public. Taking care of the skin is like having another type of obsession with the people. Like people out there are following some exceptional diet routines to get glowing skin such as they did not touch sugar in any form. Most of the times, have boiled vegetables only. Stay away from salty or spicy food. Having salads and soups 2-3 times a day. We all got human birth after winning some record-breaking race between the millions. So, why waste it by doing nothing. We should be focused on improving only where it is our skin, health and professional life. Today, we will talk about our skin only.
First, we should understand what is causing our skin to became dry, dull and it looks like we have lost all our charm from our face. This is because we are getting some bad habits in our daily routine life and if we want to get a good skin then we should get rid of all those habits. Some of the most common habits are those that we do not even think that it can affect our skin so badly. Let’s discuss about some of the very bad habits that you should just give up right now only.

- Not having enough water in a day. Some days are cold and some days are hot. And it is normal only that in cold days the capacity of drinking water is reduced as compared to what we drink in hot days. But it should not be done in this way. You should be particular about your water intake. It doesn’t matter that which season or which month this is. Suppose you started with three liter of water a day in summers. Then when winters will come, just stay constant to that number only. Stay hydrated through out the day. You can also eat hydrated fruits or vegetables such as cucumber, oranges, apples, etc.
- Get enough sleep. First, people are not getting enough sleep. Second, their sleep cycle is totally messed up. People are sleeping late at night and waking up early in the morning. For this also they are not constant. Some day they are sleeping for 6 hours and the next day sleeping for 4 hours. This should not be done in this way. Try to get a sleep before 10 at any cost. And take 8 hours of sound sleep. There are some things that you might need to take care of to get a sound sleep such as have dinner before only. Avoid all the electronic gadgets before one hour of going to bed. This will help you to get a sound sleep and also protect you from getting dark circles.
- Be particular about your eating habits. Always chose healthy food above junk food. Try to have a plate full of colors. What I mean from this is to add cucumber, carrot, beetroot, capsicums in your meals or in between the meals. Try to avoid rice in the dinner or take as light dinner as it can be possible. You can add boiled vegetables, salad or warm soup in your meals that you are having in your dinner.
- Try to remain as moisturized as you could be. Do not go out directly in the sun without applying the sun screen. Moisturize your body at least two times in a day. - Wear full clothes and mask or something like this to cover your face. This will not only protect you from the sun but as well as protect you from the dust, pollution and chemicals. Exposure of the skin to these things will make the skin dry and also damage skin cells.

- Aloe vera gel + turmeric. Use aloe vera gel and mix it with a pinch of turmeric. Apply that mixture for 4-5 minutes on your face. Give it a gentle massage. And then wash it with little bit of warm water. This mixture will make your skin moisturized.
- Facial scrub. There are varieties of facial scrubs are available in the market. Get one facial scrub and use it only once in a week because more of that your skin will not able to handle this. When you are going to buy it then shopkeeper only will tell you which scrub is best for your face. Just use it. Give a gentle massage in circular motion in different parts of your face. Do it on your cheeks, fore head, nose. Whatever dust your skin has got in a week and because of this the skin cells are dead. So, this scrub will help to remove that dead skin cells from your face.
- Aloe vera + rose water. Use this mixture to glow your face. This helps you to brighten your skin color.
