People today made it look so difficult to earn money. But actually, it is not. I have also told this in my previous articles that if you have a mobile with internet connection in that than you can do anything that you want. There are many platforms that needs no introduction on how to make money from those platforms. YouTube is one of them. Let’s see more about YouTube.
YouTube is a well-known platform around people today. But it is famous more in terms of an entertainment purpose. People knows well that you can earn money using that platform but they don’t use this platform for the purpose to earn money. But no worries, here in this article we will discuss how you can earn money using YouTube and what else need to be done to achieve success in that career. I will try to make sure that after going through this article, you will take an immediate action and create your YouTube channel and start earning from it as soon as possible.

Before starting anything, first you should figure out that in what field you want to start your YouTube career. If you have figured out that what you live to do than more than half of your work is done. Now, you just need to create your YouTube channel. After creating your YouTube channel start uploading a video of any genre that you have chosen. There is one more thing that I want to add here that is Youtube adsense. People thinks that right after creating their YouTube channel they will get approval for YouTube adsense. Because after getting approval from YouTube adsense you can start earning money. But that is not how it works.

There is a saying that quotes like “Today is difficult, tomorrow is more difficult. But day after tomorrow is beautiful. And most people die tomorrow evening”. So, this saying says that when you are only an inch away from achieving success than only you stop doing hard work. Same is the case with YouTube adsense. After creating their channel they think that within a week they can get criteria that you need to pass first. Some of them are like:
- Around 1000 hrs of content should be available on your YouTube channel
- Your channel should have at least 600hrs of watching hours
- You should have at least 1000 followers
And some more criteria like these. But people thinks that they are someone special and they start applying for approval. Don’t do this. Just give your channel some time. Spend a month by adding content on your channel. Grow it on social media platforms side by side. Growing your social media side by side is a whole topic to discuss in itself. But let’s keep that aside for some time and focus more on YouTube only.
YouTube Shorts
There is one more confusion that people have regarding the YouTube shorts. People are comparing Instagram reels with the YouTube shorts. If you are comparing both of these things from the content point of view then you can do that. But if you are comparing both of these things from an earning point of view then you are wrong. Because both of them have completely different earning means. Instagram never pays you direct money like YouTube does. Instagram only helps you to grow your followers and helps you to build your brand value. Instagram does not pay you for your views on reels and comments on your photo.
But YouTube pays you for every view that you have on your video or short on it. But you cannot compare the earning from both the video formats that is long video and short video. Shorts does not pay you as much as long video does. The concept of shorts started for some different purpose but people have completely misunderstood this.
Shorts are there to promote your long videos. How you can promote that. You can promote that by taking some interesting parts of your long video bind them to create it into short video. After then the real game starts that when people see your short and if they like it then they will watch your long video. But YouTube soon started to pay for that shorts also. But it is very-very less. Now, people are only focusing towards that short video concept. Instead of this if they work hard on their long videos and use shorts to get viral then you will see growth soon. But people are only posting shorts now a days.
Growth using social media
Now a days, social media is like an extravaganza tool for content creators. Social media help these creators to grow fast. What they need to do is that, if you are YouTube creator and posts your content on YouTube. Then start your social media accounts on various platforms. Today the topmost social media platforms are Instagram and Facebook. How you can use that is by adding your content of YouTube in the form of reels. Be more familiar with the memes. Try to find any useful meaning in your video or something that people finds funny or that people can relate to. There you can find your audience and side by side can build your brand also.
This will grow your YouTube earning more as well as you can earn from these platforms also. When you are able to build your brand on these social media platforms than you will get followers. After getting followers you can earn money through promotion or can be the brand ambassador of some brand that is related to the genre in which you are creating videos.
